No. ColorStitch has no minimums — whether you need a single embroidered cap or hundreds of shirts for an event, we're happy to help. Direct-to-garment printing is especially cost-effective for small runs because there are no set-up fees.
Screen printing pushes ink through a separate screen for each color, so it offers bold, durable color and the best value as quantities grow. DTG (direct-to-garment) prints your design digitally straight onto the fabric — there's no set-up or color separation, so full-color and photographic designs cost the same as simple ones, and prints won't chip or peel.
Embroidery gives a premium, textured look that is ideal for polos, caps, jackets and uniforms. Printing works best for T-shirts, large artwork and designs with lots of color or fine detail. Tell us how the garments will be used and we'll recommend the right option.
Yes. We outfit youth teams, leagues, high school and college sports, plus action-sports brands in skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding and motocross — from one team to an entire league, with embroidery or digital printing.
Yes. We produce custom embroidered patches in-house with sew-on or adhesive backing, as well as appliqué for team and varsity-style lettering.
Yes. We relabel garments in-house, so emerging and established brands can put their own label on quality blanks and have them decorated and finished in one place.
We work with many leading vendors including SanMar, Gildan, Next Level Apparel, Independent Trading Co., Flexfit, Cotton Heritage, Bodek and Rhodes, TSC Apparel, American Sportswear and Decky — giving you one of the biggest selections of garments available.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal. High-resolution PNG files also work well, especially for DTG. Email your artwork to [email protected] after submitting your quote request.
